OUR VIRTUAL TOURS DO JUST THAT IN STYLE
Once you are in the tour we are able to include hot-spots within the images with popups that may have high quality images showing off specific features of the property, like an expensive cooker for instance.
Using our platform you are able to start the virtual tour with a video of the property before you get immersed into the tour itself.
We also take 3d images showing off points of interest in the area, like a close by beach or restaurant.

Casa Los Linares
I asked Spliced Creations to produce still photos and a virtual tour of Casa Los Linares in 2018 so we could use them as a tool for holiday rental advertising and for when the house was going to be sold in 2020. What he provided us with hasn't disappointed. The process takes the shortest of time and once completed I used the photos in the standard advertising and for the virtual tour I just added a link to the relevant web pages.
All our holiday guests mentioned how useful the tour was to really get a feel for a house and how it would suit their holiday requirements with most saying it was that which made them choose Casa Los Linares. Now that the house is for sale we are getting enquiries and in person viewings even in the current climate of travel restrictions. We have used direct from owner sites but also the estate agents are finding the tour useful and easy to use for their customers too. Not to mention the standard of photography beats the skill of many estate agents which all adds to a great presentation.
